Mahayag may review the information provided, including:
-business name;
-contact details;
-business page or online presence;
-location;
-type of service offered; and
-other information reasonably needed to verify the business.
Mahayag may approve or decline an application based on business fit, operational capacity, fraud concerns, or other legitimate business reasons.
3. Partner Status
Once approved, the applicant becomes an active Mahayag Partner.
An approved partner may receive:
-a Partner Code;
-a Partner Referral Link;
-approved promotional materials;
-partner instructions;
-partner pricing, commission, or reward arrangements; and
-access to other partner benefits offered by Mahayag.
Partner benefits may vary depending on the arrangement agreed upon.
4. Types of Partnership
Mahayag may offer different partnership arrangements.
Referral Partner
A Referral Partner recommends Mahayag to potential customers.
The partner may earn an agreed reward for each qualifying paid referral.
Package Partner
A Package Partner may include Mahayag Digital Invites as an add-on or optional service within the partner’s own package.
Pricing, commission, or margin arrangements must be agreed upon before the partner offers the service.
Custom Partnership
Businesses with higher client volume or special requirements may receive a customized arrangement.
Custom partnerships are subject to separate written agreement where necessary.
5. Partner Code and Referral Link
Each approved partner may receive a unique Partner Code and/or Partner Referral Link.
Example:
Partner Code:
PARTNER-W001
Partner Link:
https://invites.kentorven.com/?partner=PARTNER-W001
Partners should use only the code or link assigned to them.
Partner Codes and links must not be:
- copied from another partner;
-altered in a misleading way;
-transferred without approval; or
-used for fraudulent or duplicate referrals.
6. What Counts as a Qualifying Referral
A referral qualifies only when all applicable conditions are met.
Normally, the referred customer must:
-be a new or eligible Mahayag customer;
-use or provide the correct Partner Code or Partner Link;
-purchase a qualifying Mahayag service;
-complete the required payment;
-remain valid and non-refunded; and
-comply with these Partner Program Terms.
A simple inquiry, message, consultation booking, or unpaid order does not automatically qualify for a partner reward.
7. Partner Rewards
Partner rewards may take the form of:
-fixed referral commission;
-partner pricing;
-service credits;
-package discounts;
-custom commission arrangements; or
-other agreed benefits.
The exact amount or structure must be confirmed by Mahayag before the partner begins promoting that arrangement.
Mahayag may use different reward structures for different partner types.
8. Reward Verification
Partner rewards are subject to verification.
Before approving a reward, Mahayag may check:
-the Partner Code used;
-the identity of the referred customer;
-payment status;
-order status;
-cancellation or refund status;
-duplicate customer records;
-existing customer history; and
-possible fraud or abuse.
Rewards may remain pending until verification is complete.
9. Payment of Partner Rewards
Approved partner cash rewards may be paid through:
-GCash;
-Maya;
-bank transfer; or
-another approved payment method.
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
Mahayag is not responsible for delays or failed payouts caused by incorrect account details supplied by the partner.
10. Invalid or Disqualified Referrals
The following may be disqualified:
-self-referrals;
-fake customers;
-duplicate customer records;
-unpaid orders;
-cancelled orders;
-refunded orders;
-fraudulent transactions;
-manipulated referral links;
-unauthorized use of another partner’s code;
-referral-code changes after a completed transaction without prior approval;
-misleading or deceptive sales practices.
Mahayag may investigate unusual referral activity before issuing a reward.
11. Referral Attribution
Referral credit will normally be assigned based on the Partner Code or Partner Link recorded in Mahayag’s system.
If several partners claim the same customer, Mahayag may use the first valid referral attribution recorded in the system unless another arrangement was confirmed before purchase.
Partners should make sure their clients use the correct Partner Link or Partner Code when first contacting Mahayag.
Mahayag cannot guarantee retroactive referral credit if no Partner Code or Partner Link was recorded.
12. Partner Responsibilities
Partners must represent Mahayag accurately.
Partners must not:

14. No Authority to Bind Mahayag
Partners are not authorized to:
-sign contracts on behalf of Mahayag;
-make legally binding promises for Mahayag;
-collect unauthorized payments;
-guarantee delivery dates without approval;
-alter Mahayag pricing without authorization; or
-make commitments outside the approved partner arrangement.
15. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Participation in the Partner Program does not create an:
-employer-employee relationship;
-legal partnership;
-agency relationship;
-franchise relationship; or
-joint venture.
Partners remain independent businesses or service providers.
16. Use of Mahayag Branding
Partners may use approved Mahayag promotional materials only for legitimate partner promotion.

18. Confidential Information
Partners may receive non-public information such as:
-partner pricing;
-commission arrangements;
-internal processes;
-unpublished package details;
-customer information; or
-operational instructions.
Partners should not disclose confidential information without permission.
This obligation may continue even after participation ends.
19. Customer Data and Privacy

The preferred process is for the potential customer to use the Partner Link or contact Mahayag directly.
If personal data is processed, Mahayag will handle it according to its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine privacy law.
The Data Privacy Act requires transparent, lawful, and proportionate processing of personal data, and individuals have rights including the right to be informed and to object to certain processing. Privacy Commission
20. Marketing and Promotional Messages
Mahayag may send partners:
-program updates;
-referral notifications;
-commission information;
-partner resources;
-service updates; and
-promotional materials.
Where applicable, partners may opt out of promotional communications that are not required for administering the partnership.

21. Refunds and Reversed Rewards
If a customer transaction that created a partner reward is later:
-cancelled;
-refunded;
-charged back;
-declared fraudulent; or
-otherwise invalidated,
Mahayag may reverse or cancel the corresponding reward.
If the reward has already been paid, Mahayag may deduct the equivalent amount from future partner rewards where legally permitted.
22. Taxes and Legal Obligations
Partners are responsible for their own:

Valid rewards earned before termination will be reviewed according to the applicable terms.
Termination does not automatically remove obligations that should reasonably continue, such as confidentiality or unpaid valid obligations.
25. Program Changes
Mahayag may update:
-partner rates;
-commission structures;
-qualifying services;
-program rules;
-eligibility requirements;
-payout methods; or

Changes will normally apply to future referrals.
Mahayag will not intentionally use future changes to remove rewards already validly earned under earlier terms.
26. Program Availability
The Partner Program may be:
-modified;
-paused;
-limited;
-expanded; or
-discontinued
for operational, financial, legal, or compliance reasons.
